Shipping & Returns
We provide FREE international shipping on orders over $150, mostly, by USPS or UPS. FREE shipping will be applied automatically at checkout; no promotional code is needed. If an order is less than either above requirement, order shipping costs will apply and added at checkout. No adjustments to prior purchases. Offer is subject to change and/or end without notice.
After your order has been placed, it will take 2-7 business days to arrive in the U.S. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Recently, some products may be out of stock in US and may take an extra two weeks to deliver. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states, where applicable. Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
We have two distribution centers, both in the United States and China, which cover the global delivery. Our system will intelligently match the delivery according to the inventory and order locations.
ITEMS ON SALE
At this moment items on SALE cannot be purchased with any additional discount. Please bear in mind, delivery will be delayed during the SALE period.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. We also provide FREE exchange services. Contact our customer service: email@example.com with your exchange or return information, and send your item back to us. Simply follow the guidelines below.
- The item must be in like-new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, salable, and with all tickets attached.
- AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, YEE SI reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Certain items are not returnable, which are designated as Final Sale on the item's product page and the packing slip.
- If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) or other dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
- We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern through electronic analysis, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at yee-si.com.
- Sales to individuals whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchasers are final sales. No exchange or return privileges will be granted.
- Returns are only accepted back via mail.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and customers outside the U.S. might be responsible for taxes and duties.
We also could provide the return shipping labels for your convenience. The domestic return shipping cost is $9.99 per bag; the international return shipping cost is $19.99 per bag.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSIf you would like to cancel your order, you must notify Customer Care within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply contact our Customer Care: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there are more than 2 issues outstanding, the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account. Refunds for gift subscribers will be issued to the purchaser.
Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the bag box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
